Silvana Huayamares

Silvana Huayamares is a seasoned professional in the mental health field with over 15 years of experience. As the Director of Quality Control and HR at OPA Behavioral Health since April 2015, Silvana has taken on various roles, starting as a Master's Level Practitioner/Clinician and progressing to Office Manager of Kissimmee and Executive Administrator. Additionally, Silvana is a Bilingual Master's Level Practitioner offering compassionate therapy services. Previous experience includes serving as a Home-based Therapist at Community Life Development from 2014 to 2015 and as Lead Therapist of the EOHC Program at Lakeside Behavioral Healthcare from 2005 to 2014, where Silvana also began as a Discharge Planner and transitioned to an Inpatient Unit Therapist. Silvana holds a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology from Palm Beach Atlantic University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Central Florida.
