Stephanie Hechenberger

Stephanie Hechenberger is a seasoned leader with extensive experience in operational excellence and strategic management across various sectors, particularly in healthcare and non-profit organizations. Currently serving as the Head of Operational Excellence at Opal Healthcare since November 2018, Stephanie previously held significant roles including Director of Operations (Offshore) at International SOS and Regional Director at Bupa Aged Care Australia, where responsibilities encompassed ensuring clinical and business performance in regulated environments. Stephanie also contributed as General Manager at the Leukaemia Foundation, overseeing operations in Victoria and Tasmania, and has held positions on several committees, including the Deakin University Animal Welfare Committee and the board for ME/CFS Australia (Victoria). Educationally, Stephanie holds a Master of Business Administration from RMIT University, enhancing expertise in business administration and management.
