Charlène Metrat

Charlene Slapak Lambros, RN, MS, is an accomplished healthcare professional with extensive experience in nursing informatics and clinical documentation. Currently serving as the KP HealthConnect Inpatient Application Coordinator at Kaiser Permanente Information Technology since April 2003, Charlene demonstrates expertise in clinical documentation, care planning, and patient bedside education. Previously, Charlene worked as a Nursing Systems Analyst at John Muir Medical Center, where implementation of the A4 Healthmatics ED application was successfully achieved in a level one trauma center. Earlier experience includes a role as a Senior Business Consultant focusing on convergent medical terminology at Kaiser Permanente IT and serving as a staff nurse in a Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit. Charlene holds a Master of Science in Nursing Informatics from the University of California, San Francisco, and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Case Western Reserve University.
