Aashish Kapur

Aashish Kapur has a wide range of work experience in the technology industry. Aashish started their career as a Web Developer at Chef Koochooloo, Inc. in 2014. Aashish then co-founded and mentored at Future Engineers Summer Camp from 2014 to 2017. In 2016, they interned at NVIDIA in the Autonomous Vehicles Division and also worked as an Engineering Practicum Intern at Caterpillar Inc. in the Champaign Data Analytics Simulation Center. In 2017, they interned as a Software Engineering Intern at Syngenta in the Digital Innovation Lab. In 2018, they worked as a Software Engineering Intern at Amazon Web Services in the AWS Payments & Fraud team. From 2019 to 2023, they worked at Samsara as a Software Engineer and later as a Senior Software Engineer, focusing on infrastructure. Currently, they are a Software Engineer at Opal, starting in 2023.

Aashish Kapur completed their high school education at Monta Vista High School from 2011 to 2015. Following that, they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 2015 to 2018.
