Previously held roles include Advisor at PeopleTech Partners, where support was provided to early-stage people technology startups, and as an Executive Talent partner at Khosla Ventures, focusing on critical executive talent recruiting across various industries. Ted also founded the executive search function at Uber, partnering with the c-suite on technical leadership hiring, and worked at Egon Zehnder within the Technology Practice Group.
