Aditi Karwande

Aditi Karwande started their work experience in 2015 as a Senior Executive Human Resources at Calsoft. Aditi held this role until September 2021. In October 2021, they joined Opcito Technologies as a Senior Human Resources Generalist, and later became the Human Resources Lead in December 2023.

Aditi Karwande completed a Postgraduation Certification in Human Resources Management from XLRI - Xavier School of Management, Jamshedpur in 2022-2023. Prior to that, they obtained a Graduation degree in Information Technology from the University of Mumbai in 2011-2014.
