Jaimy Schamp

Jaimy Schamp is an experienced HR professional currently serving as Senior HR Business Partner for Europe at Dechra Pharmaceuticals PLC since July 2015, focusing on strategic HR initiatives within the European organization. Prior to this role, Jaimy worked as HR Business Partner at Eiffel from December 2011 to June 2015, managing recruitment, performance development, and advising on market trends. Earlier experience includes a position as Interim Project Manager at ABN AMRO Bank N.V. in early 2011.
