Gaurav Ghuge is the Director of Customer Success at Opcito Technologies. Gaurav has over six years of experience in the IT industry and has worked with companies like Parkar Consulting Group and e2e Projects Pvt. Ltd. in the past. Gaurav's experience lies in new product development, rapid prototyping, test automation, and big data analytics. Gaurav has also worked with advising managers and technical teams for big data strategic planning and technology roadmap development. In their current role at Opcito Technologies, Gaurav is responsible for customer success and engagement. Gaurav works closely with customers to understand their requirements and provides them with solution design, consulting, and recommendations. Gaurav also helps the pre-sales team with solution devising and customer deliverables.

Gaurav Ghuge has completed their MBA in Marketing from MIT COLLEGE PUNE. Gaurav has also completed their PGDIB from University of Pune MIT COLLEGE. Gaurav has completed their BCA from University of Pune MIT COLLEGE. Gaurav is certified from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in AWS Business Professional.
