Erika Gaubert

Erika Gaubert is an experienced project coordinator with a focus on transversal projects and ecological transition at Opco Atlas since September 2021. Prior to this role, Erika served as a national project manager at AKTO from January 2020 to August 2021, overseeing various interbranch projects aimed at enhancing professional pathways and innovating training solutions. Between July 2013 and January 2020, Erika held the position of project manager for economic transitions and territories at Opcalia, leading a team of around 20 project managers and managing significant employment and training initiatives. Earlier experience includes serving as a regional delegate and project manager in the Pays de la Loire region, as well as supporting enterprises in training management at Opcareg. Erika began their career as a project manager at Traducteo and holds a Master's degree in International Management and Commerce from Université Montesquieu Bordeaux 4.
