Isabelle Fleury

Isabelle Fleury has extensive experience in the fields of employment policy and training consultancy, primarily in professional branches and large enterprises. Currently serving as a Conseillère Branches Professionnelles at Opco Atlas since December 2019 and at AGEFOS PME since January 2017, Isabelle provides advisory services, oversees complex employment and training project development, and manages budgets of up to 30 million euros. Prior roles include responsibilities as a project training manager at YES 'N' YOU and a training consultant at OPCA C2P, where Isabelle supported over 300 companies in optimizing their training budgets and implementing national training initiatives. Isabelle began their career as the head of the alternating training department at the Institut de Formation de l’Industrie Pharmaceutique. Isabelle holds a Master’s degree in Business Law and Social Law from Université Jean Monnet and is currently pursuing additional training in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (PNL).
