Stéphane Madec

Stéphane Madec is the Head of Innovation and Strategy at Opella, where they lead new product launches, tech transfers, and externalization projects across Europe and Latin America. Previously, Stéphane managed operations at Sanofi as the Head of External Manufacturing Consumer Healthcare, overseeing numerous Contract Manufacturing Organizations. They began their career as a production pharmacist at Synthelabo and Bristol-Myers Squibb, and later worked as a consultant at Capgemini and Sopra Steria. Stéphane earned a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the Faculté de Pharmacie de Tours.
