Michelle Ryder-Grebel is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in addiction treatment, behavioral services, and non-profit program development. Currently serving as the Executive Director at Open Arms Care in Nashville since December 2022, Michelle previously held the same title at the Nashville Recovery Court Support Foundation, where leadership focused on creating a women's residential recovery program. Prior to that, significant roles included Director of Addiction Treatment and Behavioral Services at CoreCivic, where responsibility encompassed program development for over 25 facilities, and Assistant Warden at Corrections Corporation of America, overseeing operations at Marion County Jail II. Michelle began her career as an Executive Director at Community Education Centers, launching Indiana's first Technical Rule Violation Center, and previously served as a Case Manager at Volunteers of America. Michelle holds a Master’s Degree in Management and Leadership from Indiana Wesleyan University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminology from Indiana State University.
