Irina Rusanova

Irina Rusanova has a wealth of experience in marketing and sales. Irina began their career in 2007 as Head of Brand & Business Development Department at Deloitte Belarus. In 2011, they moved to Trade Capital Bank as Head of Marketing Communication. In 2018, they joined Falcon Club as Head of Marketing and Sales Department, where they managed the marketing and sales department of the Falcon Club sports and entertainment complex, developed and implemented a marketing strategy, and monitored performance. In 2019, they moved to MTBank as Deputy Marketing Director. Irina is currently Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) at Open Business since 2020.

Irina Rusanova attended Belarusian State University from 1999 to 2004, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Management. Irina also attended Goethe Institut from 2003 to 2004, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in German language.
