The current leadership team at Open Colleges has a history of working in industries such as fitness, education, and charity. They have a wealth of experience in managing people and programs, as well as a strong understanding of the needs of students. Their qualifications include a Diploma of Leadership and Management from Churchill Education, and a Sport and Fitness Administration/Management from the Australian College of Physical Education.
