Jim Elder

Jim Elder is the current Director of Infill at Open Door Capital. Prior to this, they served as a Board of Directors-Secretary for the Whitewater Fire Department Inc. from May 2011 to May 2018. Jim has also been with the Whitewater Police Department since January 2007, where they are currently a Lieutenant. Throughout their career, Jim has demonstrated their excellent leadership skills and commitment to serve their community.

Jim Elder has a Master's degree in Criminal Justice-Police Administration from Columbia College and a Bachelor's degree in Social Work/Criminal Justice from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. Jim Elder is certified from WILEAG as an Accreditation Assessor and from Blackhawk Technical College as a Law Enforcement Academy Instructor. Jim Elder is also certified from the American Heart Association as a First Aid/CPR/AED Instructor.

They are on a team with Wade Hobson - Real Estate Financial Analyst, Micah Cabagbag - VP, Corp Finance & Administration, and Mike Williams - VP, Investor Relations. Jim Elder reports to Walker Meadows, COO.
