Brandon Sheil

Brandon Sheil has a diverse work experience spanning different organizations and roles. Brandon most recently served as the Director of People & Culture at Open Doors Academy since August 2022. Prior to that, they worked as an Administrative Manager at CHN Housing Partners from August 2020 to August 2022. Before that, they held the position of Programs Manager at Greater Cleveland Food Bank from April 2017 to August 2020. Brandon also has experience working at Open Doors Academy, where they held various roles such as Director of Operations from August 2016 to January 2017, High School Education Director from January 2013 to August 2016, and High School/Middle School Mentoring Coach from August 2011 to December 2012. Additionally, they worked as a Corps Member at City Year from August 2010 to June 2011.

Brandon Sheil completed their education at John Carroll University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science Communications from 2006 to 2010. Brandon subsequently pursued a Master of Arts in Nonprofit Administration from 2011 to 2013 at the same institution. Additionally, they obtained a Certificate of Training for The Council For Boys and Young Men from the One Circle Foundation in June 2015.
