Timothy Cho

Timothy Cho currently serves as the Spokesperson for North Korea at Open Doors UK & Ireland since August 2022, and as a candidate for the 2021-2023 English Local Elections with The Conservative Party. Involvement with the All-Party Parliamentary Group on North Korea as Co-Secretariat began in January 2020. Professional experience includes a role as a Research Assistant at The University of Sheffield from March to July 2022, and as a Communicator & Public Speaker at Open Doors International from October 2019 to January 2022. Prior experience includes serving as a Parliamentary Assistant at the House of Commons from September 2018 to September 2019. Education includes a Master's degree in International Relations and Security from the University of Liverpool, a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Politics from The University of Salford, and a Certificate in Leadership from The Institute of Faith and Culture.
