Bernadette Marshall has extensive experience in customer operations, currently serving as the Head of Strategic Projects and Site Lead for Limerick at eir Ireland since September 2019. Additionally, Bernadette has been with open eir since February 2015 as a Customer Care Operations Manager. Prior to these roles, Bernadette worked at eircom from April 2009 to February 2015 as the Business Readiness Lead for the Fibre Transformation Team and as the eFibre Escalation Manager, where responsibilities included developing processes for eFibre escalations and leading initiatives for a new billing platform and training documentation for call centers.
