Lindsay Smith has extensive work experience in customer service and operations management roles. Lindsay started their career in 2006 as a Horseback Riding Instructor & Equine Care at Hodgson Stables Ltd, where they worked until 2011. In 2012, they joined Greenhawk Harness & Equestrian Supplies as a Sales Associate & Key Holder, where they demonstrated a strong dedication to customer service and store management tasks. Lindsay then progressed to Assistant Manager and eventually Operations Manager. In 2015, Lindsay joined Bark & Fitz Inc. as an Operations Manager, where they continued to excel in managing daily operations. In 2017, they transitioned to Canada Pooch Ltd. as a Supervisor, Customer Experience, and later moved to Open Farm Pet in the same role. Lindsay's most recent position is as a Senior Manager, Customer Experience at Open Farm Pet, where they leverage their extensive experience to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Lindsay Smith began their education at Dawson College from 2007 to 2009, where they earned a DEC in Psychology. Lindsay then went on to the University of Guelph from 2009 to 2013, where they obtained a Bachelor of Bio-Resource Management degree with a specialization in Equestrian/Equine Studies.
