Matteo Battiston

Matteo Battiston has a strong background in the telecommunications industry, with over 20 years of experience. Matteo began their career at Telecom Italia as a Network Coordinator, where they worked for three years. Matteo then joined Infostrada as a Project Analyst, focusing on the integration of information systems for fixed telephone services. After two years, Matteo moved to Wind tre as a Project Manager, responsible for implementing advanced telephone services and managing external suppliers. In 2008, they joined Fastweb as a Provisioning Manager, overseeing the technical implementation of fixed and mobile telephone services and leading a team of employees. Most recently, Matteo has been working at Open Fiber as the Head of Processes and Tools Engineering and Improvement. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated strong leadership and expertise in telecom operations and project management.

Matteo Battiston began their education in 1990 at Politecnico di Milano, where they pursued a degree in Ingegneria with a focus on Telecomunicazioni. Matteo successfully completed their studies in 1996. Following this, from 1996 to 1997, they attended Telecommunications High school Reiss Romoli, where they obtained a Master's degree in Telecomunicazioni.
