Rocio Moreno Lopez

Rocio Moreno Lopez is an experienced leader in governance and accountability with a robust background in international development. Currently serving as the Head of Governance at Oxfam International since June 2023, Rocio also contributes to the Open Government Partnership's International Experts Panel, focusing on independent reporting mechanisms. Previously, Rocio held the position of Executive Director at Accountable Now, overseeing strategic leadership and program management from January 2018 to June 2023. Rocio's earlier roles include International Consultant for Colectivo Meta and Global Coordinator for the Global Movement for Budget Transparency, Accountability and Participation (BTAP). Rocio's academic credentials include a Master of Science in Development Administration and Planning from UCL and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Economics from the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México.
