Gavin Kenny

Gavin Kenny has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Starting in 2003, they had an industrial placement at GSK, followed by a summer internship at AstraZeneca in 2004. Gavin then worked as a research assistant at the Institute of Psychiatry from 2005 to 2006. Gavin continued their academic career as a PhD student at Imperial College London from 2006 to 2010, followed by research associate positions at University College London and King's College London.

In 2013, Gavin transitioned into the healthcare industry and joined Havas Life Medicom, where they worked as both an account executive and a senior account executive. Gavin then moved to Ogilvy Healthworld in 2014 and served as a senior account executive and later as an account manager.

In 2016, Gavin briefly worked at OgilvyOne Business as an account manager before joining OPEN Health in 2017. At OPEN Health, Gavin held various positions, including senior account manager, account director, senior account director, business unit lead, divisional director, vice president, senior vice president, and currently, as the commercial director.

Throughout their career, Gavin has gained extensive experience in account management, leadership, and business development, particularly in the healthcare industry.

Gavin Kenny received their Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Medical Biochemistry from The University of Manchester, from 2001 to 2005. Gavin then pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Biochemistry from Imperial College London, from 2006 to 2010.
