Helen Hibberd

Helen Hibberd has extensive experience in the field of learning and development, spanning over two decades. Helen is currently the Global Head of People Development (Director) at OPEN Health, a position they started in October 2023. Prior to this, Helen worked at AstraZeneca as an Associate Director Learning and Development, where they were responsible for designing and delivering a capability framework for the Digital Health team. Throughout their career, Helen has demonstrated expertise in designing and delivering online learning courses, creating innovative learning strategies, and driving performance improvement. Helen has worked with diverse industries such as retail, hospitality, and healthcare, and has a strong understanding of digital learning and digital learning delivery strategies.

Helen Hibberd has a Diploma of Education in Human Resources Management and Services from CIPD Qualifications, which they obtained from 2021 to 2023.
