Mary Foster

Mary Foster has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Mary is currently working at OPEN Health as the Global Head of People Communications, where they collaborate with clients to deliver solutions for healthcare challenges. Prior to that, they worked at Serco as a Communications Manager, developing and implementing communication strategies for a non-digital workforce and managing organizational changes.

Mary also has experience as a Managing Director of their own franchise business, where they expanded the business into multiple countries and led various aspects, including training programs and marketing. Mary also worked at the Vancouver Organizing Committee for the 2010 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games, managing teams and overseeing HR, communications, and operations.

Earlier in their career, Mary worked at Air Canada in roles such as Manager of Employee Communications - Corporate, Manager of Employee Communication & Recognition, and In-Flight Service. In these roles, they developed communication strategies, managed publications, and implemented employee recognition programs.
