Michael H. Hutton

Michael Hutton, MSREI has a strong background in asset management and finance in the commercial real estate industry. Michael is currently the Director of Asset Management at Open Industrial. Prior to this, they served as a Senior Asset Manager at Broad Street Realty, Inc. and as the Vice President of Finance & Asset Management at Carlino Commercial Development. Michael also worked as a Manager in Commercial Real Estate Valuations at KPMG. Earlier in their career, Michael held various roles at The Wills Group, Atapco Properties, Inc., Merrill Lynch, First Annapolis Consulting, and LaSalle Investment Management, where they gained experience in real estate finance, development, acquisitions, and financial analysis.

Michael Hutton, MSREI, completed their Master of Science (MS) in Real Estate Development and Infrastructure at The Johns Hopkins University - Carey Business School from 2015 to 2016. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Finance from the University of Maryland - Robert H. Smith School of Business from 2005 to 2009. Michael also holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Maryland. In terms of additional certifications, they are a licensed realtor (obtained in January 2009) in the State of Maryland and has Series 7 (obtained in 2012) and Series 66 (obtained in 2013) certifications from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority.
