Shilp Shah

Shilp Shah is a seasoned professional in asset management and real estate investment, currently serving as Senior Director of Asset Management at Tishman Speyer since April 2025. Prior to this role, Shilp held various positions at Nuveen, a TIAA company, including Director of Asset Management and Director of Portfolio Management, where responsibilities involved assisting in portfolio management for U.S. real estate. Shilp's experience also includes serving as Assistant Portfolio Manager for TIAA's Real Estate Account and working as a Management Consultant at Hipercept. Previous roles feature managing over 2 million square feet of retail space as a Real Estate Transactions and Asset Manager at Cohen Commercial Properties, and working as a Commercial Real Estate Broker at SVN® International Corp. Shilp holds a Master of Science in Real Estate Finance and Investments from New York University and a Bachelor of Science in Photography from Rochester Institute of Technology.
