Ashish Sharma

Ashish Sharma has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Ashish started their career at Tech Mahindra in 2006 as an E2E Test Lead for BT Retail. In this role, they were responsible for test planning and execution management for retail and business consumers. Ashish then moved on to become the Head of E2E Test (Complex Contracts) BTGS, where they established a delivery framework and implemented an e2e test assurance model across contracts. In 2011, they joined Barclays as Vice President and Head of Development for Barclaycard Data Technologies and later as Head of Development for Data Systems & Insights, where they played a key role in defining and implementing data strategies, delivering data solutions, and driving modernization of data platforms. Currently, Ashish holds the position of Vice President at Open Insights.
