Antonio Busalacchi

Antonio Busalacchi has a diverse range of work experience in talent acquisition and management. Antonio is currently the Head of Talent Acquisition at Open Lending since 2023. Previously, they held roles at companies such as Babylon, Silicon Labs, Expedia Group, VRBO HomeAway, Facebook, VMware, Courtesy Mortgage, and Wells Fargo Financial. At Babylon, they served as the Head of Global Talent Acquisition and Global Director, Talent Acquisition Product & Technology. At Silicon Labs, they were the Head of Global Talent Acquisition and played a significant role in scaling the team and implementing various initiatives. At VRBO HomeAway, they held multiple roles, including Senior Manager Talent Acquisition and Talent Acquisition Manager, leading recruitment efforts and implementing successful strategies. Antonio also gained experience in talent acquisition at Facebook and VMware. Earlier in their career, they worked in the mortgage industry at Courtesy Mortgage and held a branch manager position at Wells Fargo Financial.

Antonio Busalacchi earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Financial Services from San Diego State University between 1997 and 2002. In 2014, they obtained the LinkedIn Certified Professional-Recruiter certification.
