Angie Grummon

Angie Grummon is an experienced professional with a diverse background in customer support, archaeology, and information technology project management. Currently serving as a Customer Support Specialist at Open LMS since May 2022, Angie previously held roles as an Archaeologist at AGEISS Inc. and BRIC, LLC, as well as a range of positions at PSIA - AASI, including Information Technology Project Manager and IT Support/Business Analyst, where significant contributions included managing CRM software development and optimizing system processes. Angie's earlier career features extensive experience in archaeology across various companies, along with roles at Copper Mountain Resort that involved enhancing call center efficiency and expanding online booking capabilities.
