Pablo Borbón Arias has a diverse range of work experience in various industries and roles. Pablo began their career as a Web Developer at Escuela Colombiana de Ingeniería from 2008 to 2009. Pablo then co-founded pasajeros.co, a transportation rating and sharing solution in Bogotá, Colombia, from 2011 to 2013. Moving on, Pablo worked as a Digital Innovation professor at Universidad Sergio Arboleda in 2015. Pablo joined Consultora Nivel 7 Ltda. in 2010, where they held roles such as Project Manager and Business Development & Customer Success Manager, with responsibilities including market analysis, product definition, and campaign deployment.

In 2015, Pablo joined Blackboard, where they served as a Solutions Engineer for Latin America and the Caribbean, a Product Manager for Blackboard Solutions for Moodle, and eventually became the Director of Product Management & Marketing. In these positions, they led various initiatives such as implementing Objectives and Key Results methodology, innovating learning formats, and enabling sales and marketing strategies.

Currently, Pablo is the Senior Director of Growth at Open LMS, where they are a core executive team member, leading the product-led growth vision, promoting a growth mindset, and driving experimental growth strategies. Pablo also served as the Director of Product Management & Partners at Open LMS, where they led the reseller partner strategy and enabled the salesforce through sales plays.

Pablo Borbón Arias has a strong educational background with a focus on business administration and engineering. Pablo completed their Executive MBA from INALDE Business School from 2023 to 2025, specializing in administration and management of companies. Prior to that, in 2013, they obtained a specialization in E-Commerce from the Universidad de Los Andes, with a focus on business administration. Before that, from 2004 to 2009, they attended the Escuela Colombiana de Ingeniería Julio Garavito, where they completed their Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering.
