Andrew Bratten is a seasoned operations leader with extensive experience in the healthcare sector. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Strategic Operations at United Urology Group since June 2025, Andrew previously held the position of Group Regional Operations Director at DaVita Kidney Care, where leadership encompassed on-site dialysis operations across 23 locations in Maryland, achieving significant revenue milestones and supporting a large patient and teammate base. Prior to this, Andrew contributed as an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company, focusing on operations transformation and change management for various clients, and as a Project Engineer at The Whiting-Turner Contracting Company.
