Andrew Bratten is a seasoned operations leader with extensive experience in the healthcare sector, currently serving as Senior Director of Strategic Operations at United Urology Group since June 2025. Previously, Andrew held the position of Group Regional Operations Director at DaVita Kidney Care from July 2021 to May 2025, where responsibilities included overseeing dialysis operations across multiple locations, generating significant revenue, and enhancing regional performance metrics. Prior to DaVita, Andrew accumulated valuable experience at McKinsey & Company from September 2014 to August 2020, focusing on operational transformation for various industries, including healthcare. Andrew's early career includes roles at The Whiting-Turner Contracting Company and internships at NASA Goddard Space Flight Center and Stride, Inc.
