Paul M. Duck

Paul M. Duck has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Paul M. is currently the Chief Strategy Officer at OPEN MINDS Circle, a position they have held since March 2023. Prior to this role, they were a Senior Associate at the same company starting from June 2019. Before joining OPEN MINDS Circle, Paul M. Duck was the Principal Consultant & Executive Coach at their own company, Paul M. Duck, Inc., which they established in April 2018. Prior to that, they held the position of Vice President of Business Development at Netsmart Technologies from March 2012 to January 2016. Paul M. Paul M. Duck completed their education at the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University. Paul M. received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management in 1984 and also obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the same institution during the same time period. In addition to their formal education, Paul has obtained several certifications, including "Leading like a Futurist," "Corporate Finance: Robust Financial Modeling," "Leadership Skills for The Future," and "Leading with Innovation" from LinkedIn. Paul M. has also earned an Instrument Rated Private Pilot certification from the Federal Aviation Administration.
