Michelle Underhill

Michelle Underhill is currently the General Manager of Integrated Mental Health at Open Minds, a position held since March 2023, where effective leadership is provided to enhance mental health services across Queensland. Previous roles include Senior Consultant for Special Projects at Brisbane South PHN from November 2018 to March 2023, and Director of Mental Health, Suicide Prevention, and Alcohol and Other Drugs at the same organization from July 2015 to September 2018. Earlier experience includes serving as a Business Advisor at CheckUP Australia from 2009 to 2015 and as a Principal Policy Officer at Queensland Health from August 2011 to May 2012. Michelle holds a Graduate Certificate in Project Management from The University of Queensland and a Bachelor of Behavioural Science in Psychology from Griffith University.
