Amal Zahri has a diverse and extensive work experience in talent acquisition, talent development, and leadership development roles. Amal most recently held the position of Vice President of Talent Acquisition & Learning and Development at ONE (Open Network Exchange) starting in 2023. Prior to that, they worked as the VP of Talent Acquisition / Talent Development / People Operations at CMA from 2020 to 2023. From 2018 to 2020, they were the Vice President of Global Talent Acquisition, Training & Leadership Development at International Cruise & Excursions, Inc. (ICE). Before that, they served as the Vice President of Talent Acquisition & Talent Development at Liveops, Inc. in 2018. Amal also has experience working at Amazon as a Talent Acquisition Leader for High Volume Recruiting in 2017. Prior to that, they held multiple roles at DriveTime including Managing Director of Talent, Recruiting, Organization Development, and Employee Relations from 2012 to 2017, Director of Recruiting from 2013 to 2014, A. Director of Recruiting from 2012 to 2013, Market Manager overseeing 12 dealerships from 2011 to 2012, Sr. Underwriting Strategist from 2008 to 2011, Underwriting Strategist from 2006 to 2008, and Loan Review Manager from 2000 to 2006. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated a strong ability to attract top talent, develop training programs, and create strategic human resources plans that drive organizational success.

Amal Zahri obtained a Bachelor's degree in Global Business from Arizona State University from 2000 to 2003. Prior to that, from 1995 to 1998, they completed another Bachelor's degree in Banking Management from L'ecole Bancaire.
