Manas Jaiswal

Manas Jaiswal is currently engaged in a live project at Open Network For Digital Commerce (ONDC) since September 2024. Prior to this, Manas served as a Core Member of Placement Operations at the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow from December 2023 to September 2024, and completed a summer associate position at Nation with NaMo in April-May 2024, where responsibilities included streamlining housing allotments for the PM Awas Yojana and conducting a risk-reward analysis for the Ayushman Bharat scheme. Earlier experiences include a role as Vertical Manager for IIM Lucknow's Manfest-Varchasva, a live project with Procter & Gamble, and working in the CEO's office at Shri Vinayak Electronics overseeing operations and inventory from June 2021 to March 2023. Manas began in the maritime sector as a Deck Cadet at Fleet Management Limited and coordinated the annual cultural fest at Indian Maritime University. Academic qualifications include an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, and a Bachelor of Science in Nautical Science from Indian Maritime University, Chennai.
