Charmaine Suveges

Charmaine is a Project Manager with extensive project and program management experience in both the private and public sector. She specializes in complex technical solutions, deploying both waterfall and agile methodologies. She believes in continuous learning and improvement and has a passion for building structure, process, and best practices to increase efficiency in a repeatable and scalable way.

Charmaine graduated from the University of Victoria with a Bachelor of Science degree in Software Engineering. She holds her Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI).
