Luke Willey

Luke Willey serves as the IT Lead at Open Philanthropy since September 2023. Prior to this role, Luke held various leadership positions at The WorkSmart Group, including Director of IT and Vendor Optimization Manager, where responsibilities involved leading the Operations Technical team to create automation-focused Python/data solutions and overseeing project management for strategic initiatives. Experience also includes serving as Branch Manager, presenting operational analyses and recommendations, as well as presiding over Marco Polo and working as a Senior Project Manager at WorkSmart Merchandising, delivering national projects while leveraging data analytics. Earlier roles include Resident Coordinator at North Greenville University, managing resident assistants and facilitating communication among students, and event staff at Clover School District Auditorium. Luke Willey earned a Bachelor of Arts in History from North Greenville University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Western Governors University.
