Kristen Henderson has extensive experience in healthcare billing and support, currently serving as a Support Coordinator and previously as a Client Service Associate at Open Practice Solutions since January 2017. Prior to this role, Kristen spent over 17 years at Lakeside Billing as a Medical Billing Office Manager, where responsibilities included office management, provider relations, credentialing and contracting, bookkeeping, employee management, claims billing, report development, and training delivery.
