Lisa Cesaro has a comprehensive work experience in human resources and management roles. Lisa started their career in 1984 as a Human Resource Manager at DMT Enterprises, LLC. Lisa then joined Toresco Enterprises Inc in 1992, where they held management positions until 2005. After that, they joined Autoland and served as a Controller/Assistant Controller until 1999. In 2005, Lisa joined Open Road Auto Group where they held various roles, including HRBP/DHR, DHR, and eventually Vice President Human Resources starting in October 2017.
Lisa Cesaro has a degree in Human Resources Development from Fairleigh Dickinson University and has also studied Labor and Employment Law at Rutgers Law School. Additionally, they hold certifications from the American Payroll Association (CPP) and the Society for Human Resource Management (SPHR).
