Lauren Ammons

Lauren Ammons is an accomplished operations professional with extensive experience in program management and legal operations. Currently serving as Operations Officer for Signature Initiatives at Open Society Foundations, Lauren has held various roles that include Program Operations Associate and responsibilities within the Justice Initiative. Prior experience includes Vice President of Operations at Catalyst Advisors LP, where Lauren led daily operations and contract negotiations. Previous positions encompass legal internships at The Roth Law Firm and the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, as well as roles in information governance at McDermott Will & Emery and grant management at the University of Chicago Urban Education & Crime Lab. Academically, Lauren holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Fordham University School of Law and a degree in Liberal Arts from Northwestern University, along with a Diversity and Inclusion Certification from Cornell University.
