Oleksandr Shtokvych

Oleksandr Shtokvych is a highly experienced professional with a strong background in program management and education. Currently serving as a Senior Program Manager at the Open Society Institute since 2001, Oleksandr previously held the position of Director at the Civic Education Project for Ukraine, Belarus, and Moldova from 1996 to 2001. Oleksandr also contributed to academia as an Assistant Professor and Manager of International Programs at Chernivtsi State University from 1992 to 1996. Oleksandr earned a Master's Degree in Linguistics and Education from Chernivtsi State University and pursued further education at the University of Saskatchewan.
