Scott Abrams

Scott Abrams has extensive experience in leadership and strategic roles within organizations focused on economic development and social accountability. Currently serving as the Director of Impact, Partnerships & Operations at the Soros Economic Development Fund, Scott has previously held senior positions at the Open Society Foundations, including Deputy Director and Head of Special Initiatives for the Economic Justice Program, as well as Director of Strategy and Engagement for the Economic Advancement Program. Additionally, Scott has consulted for various international organizations and worked as a Social Accountability Advisor at the World Bank for Europe, Central Asia, and Mongolia. Earlier in the career, Scott held key roles at GREENWILL and contributed to local government and public service reform initiatives at the Open Society Foundations.
