Wiktor Dynarski

Wiktor Dynarski, PhD, currently serves as Senior Program Manager for the Open Grants Unit at Open Society Foundations, overseeing the management and evaluation of over 380 grants totaling $88 million across multiple countries. Previously, Wiktor led a team managing a $190 million portfolio and developed grantmaking strategies focused on trans and intersex health. With extensive experience in organizational leadership, compliance, and advocacy, Wiktor has held various positions, including Executive Director for Trans-Fuzja Foundation and Co-Chair of Transgender Europe. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Social Sciences from the University of Warsaw and a Doctorate Fellowship from Univerzita Komenského v Bratislave.
