Jennifer Hackney M.a.

Jennifer Hackney M.A., BCBA has extensive experience in behavioral health services, currently serving as the Director of Behavioral Health Services at Open Systems Healthcare since June 2016. Previously, Jennifer held the position of Clinical Manager at Bancroft from June 2012 to February 2016, where responsibilities included directing services for children with intellectual and developmental disabilities, overseeing a team of 30 clinical associates, and developing Individual Habilitation Plans and Behavior Support Plans. Earlier roles included serving as a Clinical Associate at Bancroft, providing direct support to children and adolescents with behavioral challenges, and working as Inclusion Support at Partners In Learning, where Jennifer utilized applied behavior analytic principles to assist students with autism. Jennifer holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology with a focus on Applied Behavior Analysis from Rowan University, completed in 2014.
