Roopa Akkala

Roopa Akkala is a Director at Open Systems International with extensive experience in power systems engineering. Prior to their current role, Roopa worked as a Research Engineer at QM Power and as a Graduate Research Assistant for Management Information Systems at UMKC. Roopa holds a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Missouri-Kansas City. Roopa is skilled in defining project requirements, assisting and training customers on power system applications, and conducting energy management systems and network modeling. Their expertise also includes trade study analyses, prototype development, and performance testing of motor/generator systems.
