Natalie Gintert

Natalie Gintert is a seasoned learning professional currently serving as the Learning Lead for CCS Learning Services at Zelis since August 2023. Previous experience includes a role as Senior Learning Partner at HSN, where Natalie assessed learning gaps and designed effective training solutions for global business teams from February 2021 to March 2023. At Zulily, from October 2018 to March 2021, Natalie was the Learning Management System Administrator, responsible for managing LMS policies and creating learning events. Natalie also contributed to The Ohio State University as Program Manager from January 2011 to October 2018, overseeing the Certificate in Public and Nonprofit Leadership program. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Learning Technologies from The Ohio State University and a Bachelor's degree in Digital Communication and Media/Multimedia from Kent State University.
