Dana Faucher is a seasoned professional in strategic initiatives and executive recruiting, currently serving at OpenAI since July 2025. Prior to this role, Dana was a Partner at True Search from January 2020 to July 2025, specializing in placing executives and strategic talent for tech-focused brands and established organizations.
