Katie Mayer

Katie Mayer started their work experience as a portfolio manager at Bridgewater Associates in 2015. In 2017, they began working at Leap Motion as a product and engineering manager until 2019. From 2019 to present, they manage Product & Partnerships at OpenAI, leading the product development of Codex and GitHub Copilot and taking GPT-3 from internal hackathon to scale and enterprise. Katie is the first applied AI hire at OpenAI, responsible for the partnership with Microsoft.
