Michelle Nedashkovskaya

Michelle Nedashkovskaya is a strategic intelligence professional at OpenAI, focusing on detecting and disrupting AI abuse to promote safety and human benefits. Previous roles include Global Policy Lead at YouTube, where responsibilities encompassed market responsibility strategies for Russia and Ukraine, and International Strategy Forum Fellow at Schmidt Futures. Earlier experiences include serving as a Graduate Research Fellow at The Brookings Institution, where the emphasis was on disinformation, as well as holding various significant positions involving research and advisory roles centered on international security and U.S. foreign policy at institutions such as the EBRD, U.S. Department of State, and OSCE.
