Padmaja Dasari

Padmaja Dasari is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in financial business systems and information technology. Currently serving as the Head of Financial Business Systems at OpenAI since November 2024, Padmaja previously held the position of Chief Information Officer at Nextdoor, overseeing multiple teams and strategic IT initiatives from July 2019 to November 2024. Before that, Padmaja worked as the Head of Business Systems at Square, directing critical systems management and vendor collaboration from November 2015 to July 2019. Previous roles include IT Applications Director and IT Applications Manager at Bridgelux, Inc., and IS Manager at Audatex, where operations spanned 40 countries. Padmaja's early career includes consulting engagements as an Oracle Consultant at Solix Systems Inc. Padmaja holds an EMBA from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School and a Master of Science in Applied Electronics from Osmania University.
